Do I need an account or internet connection? No. PilotCalc Pro works fully offline with no account. If you’re signed in to iCloud, your saved data syncs privately across your devices.

Is my data private? Yes. The app collects nothing. See the Privacy Policy.

Are the results official? No. All outputs — including regulatory figures such as flight-duty-time limits — are advisory planning aids only, and are not a substitute for official aeronautical information, approved aircraft documentation, your operator’s Operations Manual, or current charts and NOTAMs. The pilot in command is solely responsible for all operational decisions.
